Trish Cady

Assistant Coach for Minis, Youth and Juniors

My name is Trish Cady. My daughter has been dancing with Sparklers Dance since 2014. She has loved every minute of it! I saw how much fun she was having so I offered my help to Mary. I started with organizing spirit wear and helping back stage. The Mini team was my main focus for the first year, I have moved my way up to organizing the Mini team, the Youth team, and the Junior team. I love keeping the teams organized! My background is in education. I have a B.S.E. degree and my major was PreK-6. I graduated from Whitewater in 2015. I have taught elementary and preschool.

Some of what I do on a daily basis is answer parent emails and texts. No question is too small. I am a parent as well and I like having lots of information. I want parentsto feel like they can get the information they need in a timely manner. I organize allof the forms and paperwork we require. I make sure everyone has turned in his or her waivers for each competition. I send reminder emails before each competition so you know the plan for the day. I make sure all the little details get done.
